This video still shows Marquinton Garden Terraces as the name of this new development, however, it was recently re-branded as Tropicana Garden City.  Relevant content of this video includes location, immediate neighborhood, Marikina landmarks and unit options available at Toledo Tower.  However, the development plan was changed recently to incorporate the Commercial Center, among other changes.  Please refer to the new development plan in the home page.
